The Bone Roasters range of Jus’ have recently been awarded ‘Best Premium Jus’ at the Chefs Decision Awards Australia 2023.

The Chefs Decision Award was developed by the Chef Panel group to recognize the best foodservice products and services across Australia and NZ.

The complete range of Bone Roasters products (not only our Jus’) are produced using real bones and only the very best ingredients, ensuring our products maintain an extremely high standard of quality.

Cooked in traditional open kettles, our products are made with care and attention to detail. Our products are slowly simmered ensuring the maximum amount of real flavour is absorbed from each of our ingredients, resulting in an intense taste profile and natural product colour.

Our range is produced then frozen to maintain freshness and consists of Veal, Beef and Chicken Stocks, Jus and Glace. We are proudly Australian made and owned and work with many of Australia and the world’s leading restaurants and food providers.
