Edlyn Foods recently attended the FHA Food & Beverage Show in Singapore. The FHA show is well known as one of Asia’s most prominent food and hospitality sector trade events, bringing together global manufacturers, distributors and innovators to explore emerging trends and showcase standout products from around the world.
Edlyn's Chief Executive Officer Amir Arjmand and Development Chef Aaron Duffy represented Edlyn at the event, meeting with existing partners and engaging new connections across the region. With Bone Roasters featured on-stand, the show provided a great platform to support conversations with chefs, buyers and distributors seeking high-quality, Australian-made ingredients.
FHA also served as a valuable space to share what’s next for our brand, and to gather insights into the direction of the world's foodservice landscape. With over 70% of exhibitors being direct manufacturers and many launching new-to-market products, the energy across the exhibition floor reflected a strong appetite for innovation and collaboration.
