The Wood’s Tomato Relish has earned the title of ‘Best Foodservice Relish’ by the Chefs Decision Awards Australia for 2023/2024.

Established in 1985, Wood’s Olde Style Preserves sold gourmet, homestyle condiments at weekend markets around Melbourne and Victoria, where demand and the chef-quality reputation quickly spread. After 38 years, the authentic Tomato Relish recipe and premium ingredient quality remains unchanged and today, this award-winning relish is widely embraced by the foodservice industry.

The Chefs Decision Award was developed by the Chef Panel group to recognize the best foodservice products and services across Australia and New Zealand, and Edlyn is honored to have received this award and recognition of our Wood’s Tomato Relish.
