October saw Chef Aaron Duffy embark on an exciting culinary adventure to Vietnam, taking our prestigious Bone Roasters range on a journey like no other.
Aaron spent 3 days in Vietnam hosting local Chefs at throughout Hanoi & Ho Chi Mihn City, introducing them to the quality and versatility of Bone Roasters with dishes he prepared integrating our delicious stock and jus with local cuisine and ingredients.
