Apr 25: Wood’s Condiments announced as the official condiment sponsor of the FSA Best Burger Awards

We’re proud to announce that Wood’s, part of the Edlyn Foods family, has been named the official condiment sponsor of Foodservice Australia’s Best Burger Awards! This popular competition will take place during Melbourne’s Food and Hospitality Week, at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 18–19 May.

As one of the most anticipated events on the foodservice calendar, Australia's Best Burger Awards will bring together top chefs, venues, and burger creators from across the country to compete in a live cook-off judged by some of the industry’s leading names, including relish king and cookbook author Matt Wilkinson and award winning, internationally recognised powerhouse chef Gary Johnson. With national recognition and a $5,000 prize up for grabs, the stage is set for a high-energy showdown celebrating one of Australia’s most beloved menu items.

Wood’s Condiments will be proudly supporting the competition, supplying a selection of our signature condiments to elevate the finalists’ creations. We think it's going to be a fitting partnership — after all, no great burger is complete without the perfect sauce or relish to bring it all together.
