Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Opened bags should be sealed to maintain freshness.
Directions for use
1. Add Buttermilk Pancake mix to a bowl. 2. Add cake margarine to Buttermilk Pancake Mix in the bowl (optional). 3. Blend dry ingredients using a paddle until smooth. Scrape down bowl. 4. Add the cold water to the dry mix. 5. Mix until blended into a smooth paste. 6. Brush a small amount of vegetable oil into griddle/pan. 7. Cook at 200oC until golden brown.
1.Add Buttermilk Pancake Mix to a bowl.
2. Add cake margarine to Buttermilk Pancake Mix in the bowl (optional)
3. Blend dry ingredients using a paddle until smooth. Scrape down bowl.
4. Add the cold water to the dry mix.
5. Mix until blended into a smooth paste.
6. Preheat a griddle/pan on high heat, brush on a small amount of vegetable oil onto the griddle/pan.
7. Pour pancake mix onto hot pan to the size required.
8. Cook until the upside is bubbled and carefully flip over and cook until golden brown.
