Pancake & Fruit Skewers

Ingredients

  • 500g Edlyn Buttermilk Pancake
  • 450ml Water
  • Punnet Strawberries
  • Small Jar Nutella
  • Punnet Blueberries

Method

Add 500g Buttermilk Pancake, 450ml cold water into a mixing bowl.

Blend dry ingredients using a paddle for 1 min or until smooth. Then scrape down bowl

Brush a small amount of vegetable oil into pan.

Cook on medium heat, pour pancake mix onto the pan into little 50 cent size circles, Flip over after 1 min on when golden brown and cook other side. Let cool when finished

Thinly slice strawberries

Spread a thick amount of Nutella onto small pancake circles

Then begin by sliding one pancake onto skewer, followed by a strawberry, repeat this until you have filled your skewer to the top.

Finish by adding a blueberry to the top of the skewer.
