Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients
- 60g Wood's Smokey Tomato Relish
- 280g Pizza base (store brought) or Pizza dough
- 140g Tomato Sugo (Pomodorro)
- 90g Mozzarella (fresh)
- 30g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 10g Parsley
- 80g Pepperoni (slice thinly)
- 60g Sundried Tomatoes
- 40g Black olives (pitted)
Method

Pre-heat oven to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes.

Combine tomato sugo and Wood's Smoked Tomato Relish and spread thinly on pizza base.

Break fresh mozzarella into small pieces and add to pizza base.

Top with pepperoni, sun dried tomato and olives.

Finish off with grated Parmesan and Parsley

Place pizza base on a pizza stone or tray and bake in the oven until golden and slightly charred.
