Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients
- 240g Edlyn Mild Chunky Salsa
 - 4pieces Stand "n" Stuff Tortillia Boats
 - 1 Avocado (Diced)
 - 120g Guacamole
 - 90g Ripe Tomato (Diced)
 - 90g Red Onion (Diced)
 - 80g Red Cabbage (Shredded
 - 30g Onion Powder
 - 8g Chilli Flakes
 - 12g Cumin Powder
 - 12g Oregano
 - Lime - to serve
 - Coriander - to garnish
 
Method

Lightly toast all the spices in a non-stick pan, add the pulled pork to the pan and gently warm through combining all spices.

Add Edlyn Mild Chunky Salsa to the pulled pork and mix well.

To assemble
- Divide the pulled pork mixture into the 4 tortillia Boats.
 - Add guacamole to the top of the pulled pork.
 - Top with avocado dice, tomato dice, red onion and an extra drizzle of salsa.
 - Finish with red cabbage, coriander and a wedge of lime
