Savory Muffin Balls with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 500g Muffin Edlyn Savoury Mix
 - 310g Water
 - 80g Onion (diced, small)
 - 90g Cheese (grated)
 - 30g Ham (diced)
 - 8g Parsley (chopped)
 - 600g Cheese Sauce
 - 8g Chives (chopped)
 
Method

- Add water to mixing bowl and then add the Muffin Mix.
 - Using a paddle, mix on low speed (1st) for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
 - Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.

- Take Edlyn Savoury Muffin Mix base and place in a mixing bowl.
 - Take onion, cheese, ham, parsley and mix using a spatula. Place in a piping bag.
 - Grease a non stick silicon half sphere mould and pipe into the cavities just 3mm from the top (you will have some left over) place another silicon half sphere mould on top.
 - Preheat oven (rational) to 160c fan speed 1
 - Place on the very bottom shelf of oven.
 - Cook for 20-30 mins. Turning half way. Check doneness with a skewer. Cool on a wire rack.
 - Heat cheese sauce and either drizzle it over the muffin balls while they’re still on the cooling rack and sprinkle with chopped chives, or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
