Edlyn Foods has been selected as a finalist for the Food & Beverage Award, reflecting the work happening every day across our team, from product development and manufacturing through to quality, operations, warehousing and distribution.
For more than 40 years, Edlyn has continued to manufacture food and beverage products in Australia, with a focus on quality, consistency and supporting the needs of the foodservice industry.
We’re equally proud to see Irfhan Varvani named as a finalist for Manufacturing Worker of the Year.
Irfhan has been part of Edlyn Foods for 10 years, beginning in Production before progressing to Team Leader and, most recently, Production Supervisor.
Throughout that time, he has become someone who wears multiple hats across production, innovation, quality and safety. He is known for his determination, his focus on finding solutions and his ability to bring the team with him when there is a job to get done.
Irfhan’s approach reflects the qualities that sit at the heart of strong manufacturing teams: persistence, practical thinking, leadership and a commitment to getting the right result.
To have Edlyn recognised at a company level while also seeing one of our own team members acknowledged individually makes this year’s awards especially significant.
